Measures to protect yourself from COVID-19

According to advice from the World Health Organisation, it is recommended to regularly and thoroughly wash your hands for around 20 seconds with warm water and soap or an alcohol-based hand gel.

Additionally, try to avoid touching your face and ensure you cough or sneeze into a tissue, dispose of it and wash your hands straight after.

All but essential contact with others is also advised, along with mask wearing, social distancing, and limiting the time you spend with others.
