Taking into consideration current developments regarding COVID-19 or Coronavirus, Cruising Excursions fully understand that our customers may be concerned about trips planned for later in the year and for 2021.
We are working closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that we adhere to and follow health guideline protocols or any additional requirements to ensure the safety of our guests
We of course, place our customers’ health and wellbeing as our top priority and offer all advice concerning COVID-19 with this in mind, and continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organisation and the NHS. Similarly, we Cruising Excursions advise customers to refer to the resources provided by these organisations for the latest updates and information on this matter
Please be advised that if you have booked a cruise excursion with us but your cruise ship does not port, or the cruise line cancels your sailing as a result of COVID-19, we offer our customers a full refund or credit towards future excursions to the same value, with no rebooking fees.
As of March 15th 2020, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against all but essential travel to most countries outside of the UK as a result of increasing outbreaks of COVID-19. Additionally, many tourist attractions, cultural institutions, restaurants and bars, and areas that attract large gatherings have been closed in many countries.
If you choose to commence with your travel plans, it is advised that you check travel advice specific to the destination you are travelling to, and ensure you have appropriate travel insurance in place.
According to advice from the World Health Organisation, it is recommended to regularly and thoroughly wash your hands for around 20 seconds with warm water and soap or an alcohol-based hand gel.
Additionally, try to avoid touching your face and ensure you cough or sneeze into a tissue, dispose of it and wash your hands straight after.
All but essential contact with others is also advised.
